Starting Monday 28th April and finishing 22nd June
We now have two options :
1. Challenge ONLINE ONLY one off payment for the 8 weeks. (£60) 2. Join Motiv8.Fitness Monthly PLUS and have all your classes included alongside your challenge with a monthly subscription.(£65 a month) Both options have a weekly online check in ( Monday or Wednesday virtually ) and also get feedback for the next week, the more you put in the more you will get out. 10 check in's in total, 2 with me face to face and 8 online. Looking at your calories and your daily breakdown to see what can be improved and where.
